Introducing our department.

The Department of Real Estate Asset Management is a regular four-year degree program for lifelong learners, established in 2026. With a faculty of real estate specialists, the department aims to develop professionals with expertise and competitiveness in the field.

The curriculum covers real estate investment, development, asset management, finance and law. Through practice-oriented education, students build the professional capabilities required in the industry.

The department also focuses on developing practitioners who can respond actively to a changing real estate market.

Introducing Our Department's Distinctive Programs

Distinctive Program

  • Class Schedule Designed for Adult LearnersStudents take five courses (15 credits) per semester: three in-person courses on Saturdays and two online courses during the week. The schedule is designed so that students can continue working while they study.
  • Pathway to the Graduate School of Real EstateGraduates may proceed to the master's program in Real Estate at our graduate school, with a further pathway to the doctoral program.
  • Practice-Oriented CurriculumAlongside courses in real estate investment, development, asset management, finance and law, the department offers field-oriented subjects such as real estate auctions, redevelopment and reconstruction practice, and appraisal theory.
  • Industry Cooperation and Employment SupportThrough cooperation with companies at home and abroad, the department provides internships and employment-linked programs that strengthen students' competitiveness.
