Department pride

Departmental Club

  • 01

PPAThe PPA Society was first founded in 2006. PPA stands for Pre Planners Association, which means a group of future planners. Here, planner means urban planner. Our society therefore aims to improve knowledge related to academics and the use of computer tools through learning, and to deepen friendship among seniors and even juniors. In addition, we are not a rigid academic society where all we do is study, but an academic circle that also engages in outdoor activities for the purpose of friendship, such as MT, exploration, and so on.

  • 02

Dotbogi <Dotbogi>is an abbreviation of Urban Bogi, an academic society that fits well with the atmosphere of the Department of Urban Planning and Engineering and has established itself with a good image among the surrounding alumni. The purpose of Dotbogi was established on December 27, 2003, in order to inform juniors of the vision of the Department of Urban Planning and to create a foundation for preliminary studies and our own personal development, led by seniors, as much as possible. The Department of Urban Planning was created to inform junior members of the vision of the Department. We are also engaged in research activities in a free form, such as inspection tours, surveys of current conditions, advantages and disadvantages, and characteristics, discussion, debate, presentations, and sometimes a simple quiz-style question and answer session.
