Introducing our department.
In today's society, where everything is connected to the Internet and processed by artificial intelligence, information technology as well as the physical technology that supports it are changing our society with amazing power. The Department of Electronic Engineering at the University of Dong-A aims to encompass all areas of physics and information, bringing innovation to everything from nano-devices to AI robots and unmanned self-driving cars. Our department not only takes on the fundamental fields of engineering, but also values the spirit of challenge to constantly create new concepts and cutting-edge technologies that pioneer the times.
Educational Goals
- Cultivate individuals who have the ability to move between physics and information, hardware and software, principles and applications, real space and cyberspace, and both directions.
- Cultivate individuals who combine ethical leadership and team member qualities such as foreign language skills and on-site adaptability, and who have an awareness of current and future developments in electronic engineering technology and an understanding of systematic and integrated engineering approaches.

Distinctive Program
- On-site training in conjunction with employmentDuring the summer and winter vacation periods, students experience on-the-job training and internships at companies. Through continuous on-the-job experience at various facilities, students develop more specialized skills and even have the opportunity to join a company, helping them to find employment.
- Smart Mobility Integration MajorThe Department of Smart Mobility Integration fuses the DNA (Data-Network-AI) technologies of the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution with drones and automated driving robots and systems to train professionals in the field of smart mobility who can build a social safety network, acquire practical skills in mobile robots, AI software and automated driving technology, and expand diverse opportunities for employment. We will expand various opportunities for employment.
