  • Q

I go to work, how are classes scheduled?

As a selective department for tenured employees, classes are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings and afternoons, and the timetable is determined by the courses that must be taken over the four-year period.

  • Q

What are the application guidelines and requirements?

There are two types of new student recruitment for the 2024 academic year: the Lifelong Learner Selection and the Selection for Current Graduates of Characterized High Schools and Other Schools. For the Lifelong Learner Selection, high school graduates (or those who are recognized by law as having equivalent or higher academic ability) who are at least 30 years old as of March 1, 2024 are eligible to apply. In the case of the employment worker competition type, those who have graduated from a vocational or other school and have been working for an industrial entity for at least three years as of March 1, 2024, and have graduated from a vocational school (or a department of a general high school that operates under the same educational curriculum as a vocational school) or a high school that meets industrial demand may apply.

  • Q

Will I receive the same degree certificate as a regular 4-year bachelor's degree upon graduation?

As a tenure-selected department of a regular bachelor's program, our department will award the same form of degree certificate as the general department.
