Dept. of Life Resources Industry

Introducing our department.

The Department of Bio-Resource Science and Industry is a department where students learn about the training of tailor-made human resources required in the age of the fourth industrial revolution and the specialized knowledge education necessary in the field of life resource science. The department provides various types of education to enable students to play a central role in the life resource industry by studying basic and specialized theories and applied technologies, such as maximizing functions and usefulness through the development of farm agriculture methods.

Educational Goals
  • Education is provided with the goal of fostering future-oriented professionals who will create high value-added through the global seed industry, the exploration and development of useful life resource materials, and the precision production and industrialization of ICT infrastructure.
  • In line with the dynamic changes of the 4th Industrial Revolution era, we provide specialized education related to crop physiology, seed production, and breeding for the practical application and commercialization of life resource materials.
