Introducing our department.

The Department of Computer Engineering aims to foster competent local talents who will lead the cutting-edge field of computer science through academic theory and field-oriented professional practice related to computer hardware and software, which are at the core of the rapidly changing era of super large-scale artificial intelligence.

Educational Goals

Based on the characteristics and educational innovation development plan of Dong-A University and in accordance with the founding philosophy of Dong-A University and the educational goals of the Department of Computer Engineering and AI Engineering, the purpose of the Department of Computer and AI Engineering is to cultivate expertise in analyzing, designing, and developing applied SW development, system engineers, information security, data science, and deep learning (AI), and to foster ICT professionals with creative and international sensibilities.

    BeharborWe provide one independent Linux development environment per person using server computers located in the Beharbor lab support room to support students' projects, and you can learn basic concepts of servers and networks, basic practice of personal project management and collaboration using git, and various basic languages (C++, Java, Python, JavaScript) through study.
